SAINT, or Senior Alternatives in Transportation, is a nonprofit operating in Fort Collins and Loveland that provides transportation services for senior citizens and individuals will disabilities. In need of an organization to lead a strategic planning retreat with their leadership team and board of directors, Creek Consulting was hired to conceptualize and  design the retreat curriculum aimed at ensuring the Board members engaged with each other and meaningfully discussed high priority issues and topics critical to SAINT’s future success. As a result of this effort, the SAINT Board was able to successfully plan out their next steps and held one of the most productive retreats they have been a process of.
