Creek Consulting, LLC assisted Americans For Prosperity, in Dayton, Ohio, in designing and facilitating deliberative engagement processes. Americans For Prosperity wanted to provide an opportunity to include the community in dialogue and deliberation.

Focusing on the subject of Criminal Justice Reform, Creek Consulting, LLC provided training and guidance to a core team of Americans For Prosperity staff over a six-month period. Creek Consulting, LLC trained the team on how to understand the social norms, group dynamics, process design, and facilitation that is integral to the success of dialogic and deliberative processes. Over time, the team grew in knowledge of the processes and began facilitating deliberative processes as part of the series of community meetings. By the completion of the project, the team was actively participating in the design process and implementation.

In the midst of a global pandemic, Creek Consulting, LLC aided Americans For Prosperity in learning about and connecting with community members in a virtual format on Criminal Justice Reform.
